| Mounting HandySitt on the chair |
| Step 1. Place the HandySitt face down, turn both arm bolts one turn counterclockwise to release the arms. The arms will then slide freely. |
| Step 2. Hook the HandySitt over the back of the chair and position the HandySitt so it is in the middle of the chair. |
| Step 3. Push the seat down until seat straps are taut. |
| Step 4. Slide the HandySitt forward until the HandySitt's seat is level, and ensure that the feet are on the seat of the chair. |
| Step 5. Tighten both arm bolts clockwise to secure the arms in position. |
| Step 6. To fasten the HandySitt to the chair, pass the mounting strap under the chair. Clip the buckle together, and pull the loose end of the strap until the mounting strap is taut. |
| |
A child should not use the HandySitt until it is firmly secured to the chair. |
| |
| Use of the HandySitt |
| Step 7. Ensure that your child is properly fastened into the 3-point harness, make sure the buckle is positioned so that the loose end of the strap feeds back underneath the waist strap and your child cannot release himself. |
| Step 8. The HandySitt has been designed to sit your child right up to the table. If your child is not sitting right up to the table, she may be able to lever herself backwards using her feet. |
